Relaxing week this week to recover from Wildflower. Having the race on Saturday is awesome with the extra day to rest before having to get back to the grind. I was tired and glad to be able to do some easy workouts...but after a few days I was frustrated and wanting to get back to working hard even though my energy had not yet returned. Saturday I went out and hammered some hard efforts on the bike and that has helped me to feel more normal...a little achy on Sundays mid length run but feeling like I can get back at it next week.
